Dear Valued Customer,
It hardly seems like a year since I last penned the introduction for the catalog.
2018 continued in much the same vein as 2017 with the amount of draft offerings
continuing to increase and consumer’s brand loyalty heading in the other direction.
The strength of the economy brought some unique challenges; freight delays due to
driver shortage, increased raw material costs and full employment making it diffi cult
to fi nd and retain the right people. It’s enough to drive you to drink.
At Micro Matic we face many of the same challenges as each and every one of you.
Rather than look for cheaper materials or squeezing suppliers to the point where
they are forced to lower their standards or quality, the Micro Matic approach, Quality
Without Compromise is different.
Despite rising costs, in 2019 we will invest over one million dollars in state-of-the-
art automation, measurement and leak detection technology and expand quality
assurance inspections on every component to ensure it is not only made of the right
material but that it is within specifi cation, every time – all right here in Florida.
We believe this approach to be very different from other suppliers who simply source
from a low cost foreign manufacturer and put their label on someone else’s product
hoping it meets spec. We continue to work diligently to try and absorb cost without
passing them on to you.
This is what we mean by Quality Without Compromise. So sleep tight, it’s alright.
