A rotary glass washer is an automatic three-sink washer; within the same compact unit, glassware is washed,

the cleaning process that results in a sparkling shine. The 150° F water removes lipstick, dried-on fruit pulp and
grease. The 75° F rinse ensures the glasses are ready for staff to grab. Replace hand washing and save valuable
labor, increase volume and reduce glassware breakage with a rotary glass washer.
