Birthday—Enter the name, birth year, and alarm type. The note displays the
person’s age.
Reminder—Enter the reminder and alarm type.
Memo—Enter the subject, end date, and alarm type.
2 Follow the prompts to enter the required information.
Send a note
You can send a calendar note from your calendar to another compatible phone as
a calendar note or as a text message.
1 While viewing the note, select Options > Send note > As note or As text msg..
2 Enter the phone number or retrieve it from the contact list, and select OK.
• TO-DO LIST
Use this feature to create a to-do list and prioritize tasks.
Add a task
1 From the menus, select Organizer > To-do list > Add.
2 Enter the subject of the task and select Options > Save and the desired
priority (1, 2, or 3).
You can change the priority later by selecting Options > Edit priority.
View a task
Once in the to-do list, scroll to an item and select Options > View to view its details.
Options
While viewing the to-do list, select Options to access the following:
View—View the selected task.
Add—Add a new task.
Delete—Delete the selected task.
Edit—Edit the selected task.
Edit priority—Change the priority of the selected task.
Go to priority—Choose a priority and go to the first task in the list that has that priority.
Save to calend.—Save the task to a date on the calendar.
Send as text—Send the note to a compatible phone as a text message.
