the battery). It contains the
model and serial numbers, as
well as other important
information about your phone.
See “Remove the back cover
and battery” on page 8 for
instructions on how to access
the phone label. The label
shows the following:
•Phone type
• Phone model
•IMEI
• FCC ID number
Have the phone or enhancement available
Whether you are calling about your phone or an enhancement, have the equipment
with you when you call. If a Nokia representative asks a specific question about the
enhancement, you will have it available for quick reference.
