Activating vibrating alert
1. Press

2. Your phone lists each Profile. Use
W
to highlight the
one you want to set the vibrating alert for and press
Options
.
3. Highlight
Customize
and press
OK

, then press
Select
again.

. If you
choose

, your phone will vibrate even if you have

Ringing options

Silent
.
Note: The vibrating alert does not work when your phone is
connected to any charger or car kit.
Voice mailbox number
This number dials your voice mailbox.
See “Voice messages” in next section.
Voice messages
Voice mail is a network service that may require a
subscription from your service provider.
Your phone will notify you when you receive a voice
message.
New voice message
will appear on the display
along with the icon, and you’ll hear a short beep.
Your phone will display the number of voice messages
if you’ve received more than one.
Setting up your voice mailbox number
Before you can retrieve any voice messages, you need
to store your voice mailbox number. Your service
provider usually gives this number to you.
When you’re ready to store your voice mailbox number,
press
Menu

mailbox number
). Then enter your voice mailbox phone
number and press
OK
. This number can be up to 32
digits long and is used until it’s changed. So if your
phone number changes, you may need to change your
voice mailbox number along with it.
