Important:
The e-mail address is included in the total character
count for an e-mail message, which is 160 characters. Leave enough
space for the e-mail address while composing your message or you’ll
be taken back to the editor, where you’ll have to delete some text
before sending.
Note:
You cannot send picture messages with e-mail.
Note:
Service providers may customize the SMS message settings
interface. For more details about SMS services, please contact your
service provider.
First, write down a couple of numbers
Write down your
Message center number
and
Default recipient number
(also known as the “e-mail gateway” number) in the following table. You may
need these numbers when setting up your phone for e-mail.
Next, setup an e-mail profile
