• Organize Go to options to change the order of the functions on the
list. Scroll to the desired function, press Move and select where you
want to move the function to. To save the changes, press Done and

Time and date settings
To access this menu, press Menu in standby mode, and select Settings and
Time and date settings. Select
• Clock to set the time, show (or hide) the time in standby mode or
select the 12-hour or 24-hour time format and the time zone. The
time zone setting is used with the Auto-update of date & time and
Calendar functions.
The clock settings apply to several functions such as Messages, Call
log, Alarm clock and Calendar.
If the battery is removed from the phone for a long time, you may
need to set the time again.
• Date to show (or hide) the date in standby mode, set the date or select
the date format or date separator.
If the battery is removed from the phone for a long time, you may
need to set the date again.
• Auto-update of date & time to set the phone to automatically update
the time and date according to the current time zone (network
service). If you select Confirm first, the phone asks for a confirmation
before the update.
Automatic update of date and time does not change the time you
have set for the alarm clock, calendar or alarm notes. They remain in
local time, which may cause some alarms that you have set to expire
immediately after the update.
Call settings
To access this menu, press Menu in standby mode, and select Settings and
Call settings. Select
• Call forwarding to forward your incoming calls to your voice mailbox
or another phone number (network service). Forwarding options that
