1 When 0 is shown on the display, key in the first number in the
calculation. Press for a decimal point.
2 Press Options and select Add, Subtract, Multiply, Divide, Square,
Square root or Change sign.
Tip: Alternatively, press once to add, twice to subtract, three
times to multiply or four times to divide.
3 Key in the second number, if needed in the calculation.
4 For a total, press Equals.
5 Press and hold Clear for a new calculation.
Note: This calculator has limited accuracy and is designed for
simple calculations.
CONVERTING CURRENCY
The phone includes a calculator that can also be used for approximate
currency conversions. Each time you want to calculate using a different
exchange rate, you will need to save the new exchange rate.
1 To save the exchange rate, press Options and select Exchange rate.
Select either of the available conversion options. Key in the exchange
rate (press for a decimal point) and press OK. The exchange rate
is used in currency conversions until you change it.
2 To make the currency conversion, key in the amount to be converted,
press Options and select In domestic or In foreign.
Tip: You can also make a currency conversion in standby mode. Key
in the amount to be converted, press Options and select In
domestic or In foreign.
Voice commands
You can access certain menu functions by saying a voice command. The
voice command can be, for example, a function name.
To access this menu, press Menu in standby mode, and select Extras and
Voice commands.
