the following information:
• Model number
• Phone type and FCC ID
• International mobile equipment identity (IMEI)
• Get help
If you need help, Nokia Customer Care is available for
assistance. We recommend that you write down the
following information and have it available if you call.
• The IMEI printed on the back of the phone, beneath the battery
• Your zip code
