3 Phone setup

• INSTALL THE BATTERY

First step, remove the back cover

To insert or remove the battery, remove the

phone’s back cover.

1 Press down on the tab on the bottom of

the cover.

2 Slide the cover down and lift it off.

Next step, insert the battery

Before you can use your phone, you must

insert the battery.

1 Place the top of the battery on the

phone, with the gold contacts toward

the top of the phone.

2 Press down on the bottom of the

battery until it is secure in place.

Last step, replace the back cover

1 Place the cover on top of the battery so that none of the battery is

showing.

2 Slide the cover up until it clicks into place.

• CHARGE THE BATTERY

Before you use your phone, you need to charge it.

1 Connect the lead from the charger to the bottom of the phone.

2 Connect the charger to an AC wall outlet.
