withhandsbeforefastentheflarenuts.(Refertochart19)
Besuretousetwowrenchessimultaneouslywhenyouconnectordisconnectthepipes.

Checkwhethertheheightdropbetweentheindoorunitandoutdoorunit,thelengthofrefrige-
rantpipe,andthenumberofthebendsmeetthefollowingrequirements:

1.Measurethenecessarylengthoftheconnectingpipe,andmakeitbythefollowingway.

1)Connecttheindoorunitatfirst,thentheoutdoorunit.
Bendthetubinginproperway.Donotharmtothem.

Cutoutadesiredconcaveatthebendingpartoftheinsulatingpipe.
Thenexposethepipe(coveritwithtapesafterbending).
Topreventcollapsingordeforming,pleasebendthepipeatitsbiggestradius.
Usebendertogetasmallradiuspipes.
2)Thestopvalueoftheoutdoorunitshouldbeclosedabsolutely(asoriginalstate).Everytimeyou
connectit,firstloosenthenutsatthepartofstopvalue,thenconnecttheflarepipeimmediately(in
5minutes).Ifthenutshavebeenloosenedforalongtime,dustsandotherimpuritiesmayenterthe
pipesystemandmaycausemalfunctionlater.Sopleaseexpeltheairoutofthepipewithrefrigerant
(R407C)beforeconnection.
3)Expeltheair(refertothe"ExpelTheAir")afterconnectingtherefrigerantpipewiththeindoorunit.
Thenfastenthenutsattherepair-points.
NoticesForBendablePipe
Thebendingangleshouldnotexceed90.
Bendingpositionispreferablyinthemiddleofthebendablepipe.Thelargerthebendingradiusthe
betteritis.
Donotbendthepipemorethanthreetimes.
