TESTOPERATION

Aprotectionfeaturepreventstheairconditionerfrombeingactivatedforapproximately3minuteswhen

itisrestartedimmediatelyaftershutoff.

1.Thetestoperationmustbecarriedoutaftertheentireinstallationhasbeencompleted.

2.Pleaseconfirmthefollowingpointsbeforethetestoperation:

Theindoorunitandoutdoorunitareinstalledproperly.

Tubingandwiringarecorrectlycompleted.

Therefrigerantpipesystemisleakage-checked.

Thedrainageisunimpeded.

Theheatinginsulationworkswell.

Thegroundwiringisconnectedcorrectly.

Thelengthofthetubingandtheaddedstowcapacityoftherefrigeranthavebeenrecorded.

Thepowervoltagefitstheratedvoltageoftheairconditioner.

Thereisnoobstacleattheoutletandinletoftheoutdoorandindoorunits.

Thegas-sideandliquid-sidestopvaluesarebothopened.

Theairconditionerispre-heatedbyturningonthepower.

3.Accordingtotheuser'srequirement,installtheremotecontrollerframewheretheremotecontroller's

signalcanreachtheindoorunitsmoothly.

4.Testoperation

Settheairconditionerunderthemodeof"COOLING"withtheremotecontroller,andcheckthe

followingpointsperthe"Owner'sManual".Ifthereisanymalfunction,pleaseresolveitasper

chapter"TroublesAndCause"inthe"Owner'sManual".

1)Theindoorunit

a.Whethertheswitchontheremotecontrollerworkswell.

b.Whetherthebuttonsontheremotecontrollerworkswell.

c.Whethertheairflowlouvermovesnormally.

d.Whethertheroomtemperatureisadjustedwell.

e.Whethertheindicatorlightsnormally.

f.Whetherthetemporarybuttonsworkswell.

g.Whetherthedrainageisnormal.

h.Whetherthereisvibrationorabnormalnoiseduringoperation.

I.WhethertheairconditionerheatswellinthecaseoftheHEATING/COOLINGtype.

2)Theoutdoorunit

a.Whetherthereisvibrationorabnormalnoiseduringoperation.

b.Whetherthegeneratedwind,noise,orcondensedofbytheairconditionerhaveinfluencedyour

neighborhood.

c.Whetheranyoftherefrigerantisleaked.
