state

Thelinksettingalsohasaneffectonthepower-upstateoftherelay.WhenlinkisOFF,therelaywillpowerupinthe

stateinwhichitwaspreviouslypowereddown(poweringuphasnoeffectontherelay).WhensettoCLOSEDlink,

therelaywillpowerupintheopenstateinordertopreventtherelayfromclosinguntilallmessagestocloseitare

received.WhensettoOPENlink,therelaywillpowerupintheclosedstateinordertopreventtherelayfromopening

untilallmessagestoopenitarereceived.
