No Weather broadcast when you press the WEATHER/SNOOZE button Ensure the telescoping antenna is up and fully extended.

Location, conditions of weather and terrain effect the reception. If you find reception is not good in your area, try different locations in your home or office to find a spot of improved reception. J @~IDLAND ., Important Low Reception Safety Feature Your Radio will beep and "CHECK RECEPTION" will appear in the display if your radio does not receive an alert for 10 days. It is important that you immediately follow the instructions on page 10 of the owners manual to improve reception and ensure you receive alerts. To reset the Low Reception Safety feature, simply remove all power for 10 seconds by unplugging the radio and removing the batteries.
