7. System maintenance
In order to maintain the best long -
term performance, it is recommended to conduct
the following checks twice a year.
1. Make sure that the airflow around the unit is not blocked and remove any dirt or debris
from the heat sink.
2. Check that all exposed wires are not damaged by exposure to sunlight, friction with
other objects around them, dryness, damage by insects or rodents, etc., repair or replace
if necessary.
3. Verify the consistency of indication and display with the operation of the device.
Please pay attention to the display of any faults or errors, and take corrective actions
as necessary.
4. Check all wiring terminals for corrosion, insulation damage, signs of high temperature or
burning/discoloration, and tighten the screws.
5. Check for dirt, nesting insects and corrosion, and clean up as required.
6. If the surge suppressor has failed, replace in time to prevent lightning damage to the unit
or other equipment.
Warning: Danger of electric shock! When doing the above operations, make sure that all power
supplies of the unit have been disconnected , and all capacitors have been discharged, and then
then check or operate accordingly!

① Improper use or improper installation, or location. (exposed to the elements)
② Open circuit voltage of the PV module exceeds the maximum allowable input
voltage rating.
③ Temperature in the operating environment exceeds the limited operating
temperature range.
④ Disassemble and repair of the MNS Hybrid Inverter without permission.
⑤ Force majeure: Damage that occurs in transportation or handling of the
MNS Hybrid Inverter.
