WARRANTY

Each Midwest Tool product carries a limited lifetime warranty. If the tool

should break as a result of a manufacturing defect, contact: Midwest

Tool, P.O. Box 160, Sturgis, MI 49091, 800-782-4659 or

midwest@midwestsnips.com for repair or replacement at

manufacturer’s determination. This warranty does not cover any

damage to this product as a result of misuse or abuse, nor does it cover

wear, dullness or damage to cutting edge resulting from misuse, abuse,

extensive use, or attempts to re-sharpen. Manufacturer will determine if

breakage or malfunction is result of manufacturing defect. This

warranty provides certain specific rights and those rights may vary from

state to state.
