Function
The charcoal filter must only be used
in the Miele cooker hood for which it
is intended.
The charcoal filter is required for
reducing odours with recirculation
mode cooker hoods. It is used in the
cooker hood in addition to a grease
filter.
Please observe the instructions
regarding recirculation mode in the
operating instructions supplied with
your cooker hood.
This charcoal filter can be reused
several times by reactivating it in an
oven or in a combination steam oven.
Installation

regarding fitting the charcoal filter in
the operating instructions supplied
with your cooker hood.
Cleaning and care
Reactivation interval
Reactivate the charcoal filter when it no
longer absorbs kitchen odours
effectively, and at least every 6months.
Cooker Hoods with operating hours
counters only:
The operating hours counter will remind
you to reactivate the charcoal filter by
lighting up the charcoal filter symbol.
 Make sure that the operating hours
counter is activated.
Removing the charcoal filter
 Remove the charcoal filter from the
cooker hood. Please observe the
operating instructions supplied with
the cooker hood.
