Combination trivet
The combination trivet must be used if
- you wish to use a pan with a smaller
diameter base than the minimum
given in the chart.
- you are using large pans on the wok
burner of a flush fit hob (see chart).
This minimises the likelihood of dam-
age to the worktop and/or discolour-
ation on the stainless steel surface.
Wok ring
Use the wok ring supplied to give ad-
ditional stability to pans, especially to
woks with a rounded base.
Place the wok ring on the pan sup-
port so that it sits securely in position
and cannot move (see diagram).
The wok is unique among cookware in
that it has a small base diameter and a
large rim diameter (usually 35-40cm).
Wok pans are ideal for use on the wok
burner.
