Building in the appliance
To install the appliance, you will need
the following tools:
Parts required for installation:
All installation parts are number-coded.
This coding is also used in the installa-
tion instructions.
Preparing the appliance
Position the appliance directly in front
of the niche.
Take hold of the toe-kick from the
side and pull it forward and off.
You can choose to secure your appli-
ance in one of two different ways:
1. Secured at the top
This method is suitable for securing
the appliance underneath a plastic
countertop, e.g., laminate). The coun-
tertop must be suitable for screwing
a bracket to.
With the appliance feet fully ex-
tended, the appliance should fit fairly
tightly between the floor and the
countertop.
2. Secured at the side
This method is suitable for securing
the appliance underneath a solid
countertop, e.g., granite). The cabinet
side walls to the right and left of the
appliance must be suitable for
screwing brackets to.
With the appliance feet fully ex-
tended, the appliance should sit
lower than the countertop.
