Problem Cause and remedy
The food is affected by
the setting in the hu-
midity-controlled com-
partment.
There is too much condensate in the humidity-con-
trolled compartment.
Wipe off any condensate with a cloth.
Place a rack or similar item in the compartment so
that excess moisture can drain away.
Open the compartment cover by moving it to the
low humidity position.
The floor of the refriger-
ator section is wet.
The condensate drain hole is blocked.
Clean the condensate channel and drain hole.
There is no audible
alarm even though the
appliance door has
been open for a long
time.
This is not a fault. The alarm was switched off in Set-
tings mode. If you want to switch the audible alarm
back on:
In Settings mode, use the or sensor con-
trol to scroll to the symbol.
Touch OK.
Use the and sensor controls to select the
volume you want for alarms and buzzers.
Touch OK.
appears in the display when the alarms and
buzzers are switched on.
