Lowering the Browning /
Broiling element
If the oven interior is very dirty the
Browning/Broiling element can be
lowered. It is recommended to clean
the oven interior with a damp sponge
regularly.
 Danger of burns!
Make sure the heating elements are
turned off and allowed to cool
completely.
 Uncrew the nut and lower the
Browning/Broiling element.
Use caution not to damage the
Browning / Broiling element.
Do not use force to lower the
Browning / Broiling element.
 Carefully lower the Browning /
Broiling element.
 Clean the oven interior with a damp
cloth or sponge.
 After cleaning, raise the Browning/
Broiling element gently back up
again. Refit the nut and tighten to
secure the element back in position.
