Drip tray
Clean the drip tray daily to prevent
odors and mold.
The coffee system displays a message
when the drip tray is full and needs to
be emptied. At this point the drip tray
must be emptied.
,
Risk of burns!
If the coffee system has just been
rinsed, wait a while before removing
the drip tray. Rinse water runs out of
the dispensers.
^
Open the front door and carefully
remove the drip tray.
The grid in the drip dray helps keep
the water in place while you move the
full drip tray.
^
Wash the drip tray by hand only. The
grid can be washed in the
dishwasher, or by hand with warm
water and liquid dish soap. Dry
thoroughly.
Make sure that the metal discs
(contacts) on the drip tray are
cleaned and dried properly. If they
are dirty or damp, the discs will not
be able to detect that the drip tray is
in place or that it is full.
^
Clean the space under the drip tray.
^
Push the drip tray back into the
coffee system.
Make sure the drip tray is pushed in
as far as it will go.
