Depending on the position of the function selector different options can be set or
changed by calling up one of the symbols.
This chart gives an overview of these settings.

The clock / timer display will show
m Changing the time of day –
l Setting the minute minder Setting the minute minder
f – Enter start time
g – Enter duration

The oven display will show:
a Activate or de-activate the
safety lock
Activate or de-activate the
safety lock
p – Change the oven temperature
U – Switch Rapid heat up off (only
with Fan heat D, Conventional
heat A)
e – Change the core temperature, if
the roast probe is used
