Follow the instructions in the display.
Cleaning the brew unit and inside it
Clean the brew unit by hand only
using warm water. Do not use liquid
dish soap. The moving parts of the
brew unit are lubricated. Liquid dish
soap will damage the brew unit.
For good tasting coffee and to pre-
vent germs from forming, remove
and clean the brew unit under run-
ning water once a week.
Rinse the brew unit by hand and clean inside
the machine appears on the display.
Open the appliance door.
Press the button on the end of the
handle of the brew unit and while
doing so turn the handle counter-
clockwise .
Carefully pull the brew unit out of the
coffee machine.
If you cannot remove the brew unit or
can only do so with difficulty, the brew
unit is not in the correct position (See
"Frequently asked questions").
When you have removed the brew
unit, do not change the position of
the handle on the brew unit.
Clean the brew unit by hand under
hot running water without using de-
tergent or liquid dish soap.
