5.28 Brew Unit – Lubrication

1. Remove the Brew Unit.

Note

 Check that the brew unit is in the basic position with the

funnel slightly lifted and the socket in vertical position.

 Ensure the correct lubricant (Miele P/N 5132001) is used

for this procedure. Lubricant is available through the Miele

Technical Support Center at: 1-800-999-1360.

2. Refer to figure 5-24 below; lubricate the following:

A: joints

B: axel

C: tracks

D: gasket

3. Refer to figure 25 below; lubricate the following:

E: bolt assembly

F: joints

4. Re-Install the Brew Unit into the appliance.
