 Press the button on the end of the
handle of the brew unit  and while
doing so turn the handle clockwise
.
 Close the machine door.
Care programs
The following maintenance programs
are available:
– Rinsing the coffee system
– Rinsing the milk pipework
– Cleaning the milk pipework
– Degreasing the brew unit
– Descaling the machine
Perform the respective maintenance
program when prompted to do so in the
display. You will find more information in
the following pages.
Accessing the "Maintenance" menu
 Tap .
 With the arrow key , select Mainte-
nance. Then tap OK.
Now you can select a maintenance pro-
gram.
