Drip tray
Burn hazar
d!
If the rinsing process has just finish‐
ed, wait a f
ew minutes before remov‐
ing the drip tray as the water used
for rinsing will run out of the coffee
dispensers.
Clean the drip tray every day to pre‐
vent un
pleasant odors and mildew.
A prompt will appear in the display
when the drip tr
ay is full and needs to
be emptied. Remove the tray and emp‐
ty it at the latest when this prompt ap‐
pears.
Open the machin
e front and carefully
remove the drip tray from the ma‐
chine.
The grid in the drip tray prevents the
water from spilling out of the tray
when it is being carried.
Cle
an the drip tray and the grid with
hot water and liquid dish soap or in
the dishwasher and dry with a cloth.
Cle
an the contacts (metal plates) and
the space between them carefully
and dry them thoroughly.
Only clean and dry contacts can
sense whether the
drip tray is full.
Check this area once a week.
Cle
an the space under the drip tray.
P
ush the drip tray back into the cof‐
fee system.
Make sure the drip tray has been
pushed int
o its niche as far as it will
go.
