Unusual performance of the coffee system
Problem Possible cause and solution
The display remains
dark when the coffee
syst
em is turned on us‐
ing the On / Off but‐
ton.
The On / Off butt
on was not touched for long
enough.
T
ap the On / Off button and keep it pressed for
at least 3 seconds.
The plug is not properly plugged into the electrical
outlet.
Inser
t the plug into the electrical outlet.
The fuse has tripped because the coffee system, volt‐
age or another appliance is defective.
Reinser
t the plug..
Contac
t a qualified electrician or Miele Service for
assistance.
The lighting remains off
aft
er the coffee system
has been turned on.
The lighting has been turned off.

urn the lighting on (see "Settings - Lighting").
The lamp is defective.

The coffee system turns

The switch-off time programmed using the timer has

required, you can select a new switch-off time
