Problem Possible cause and solution
The door is difficult to
open and close.
The cap of the main dispenser connector is not suffi‐
cien
tly greased. The silicone cap gets jammed in the
brew unit.
Check the silicone cap for damage. Repalce the
cap w
ith the provided spare part if necessary.
Lubricat
e the cap with the included silicone
grease.
Grease the cap of the main dispenser connector reg‐
ularly, at least once a month.
The coffee system does
not rinse itself when
turned on.
This is not a fault.
If
the coffee system still has an operating tempera‐
ture higher than 140°F (60°C), rinsing will not take
place.
During rinsing, no or
c
onsiderably less rins‐
ing water than usual
comes out of the main
dispenser.
No or considerably less
coffee than usual
comes out of the main
dispenser. The displays
and preparation noises
are unchanged.
The waste unit contains
considerably more "cof‐
fee water."
The main dispenser is not correctly mounted.

The cap is no longer sitting firmly on the main dis‐
