Combi Steam + Maxi Broil
This operating mode is suitable for
broiling food that should be brown on
the outside, but not dry, e.g., corn on
the cob.
Maxi Broil
Use this operating mode to broil flat thin
cuts in large quantities and for browning
large baked dishes.
Broil
Use this operating mode to broil flat thin
cuts in smaller quantities and for
browning small baked dishes.
Convection Broil
This operating mode is suitable for
broiling thicker food, such as poultry or
rolled meat.
