Problem Cause and remedy
The crockery is not
warm enough.
The function for warming plates and dishes  is not
select
ed.
 Select the corr
ect function.
The temperature setting is too low.
 Select a hig
her temperature.
The vents are covered up.
 Ensur
e that the air can circulate freely.
The crockery has not been allowed to heat up for a
sufficiently long time.

The crockery is too hot
The function for warming plates and dishes  or
warming cups and glasses  is no
t selected.

ect function.
The temperature setting is too high.
 Select a lower t
emperature.
A noise can be heard
when th
e drawer is in
use.
The noise is caused by the fan which distributes the
heat evenly through the drawer. The fan operates at
intervals when the functions for keeping food warm
and low temperature cooking are being used. This is
not a fault.
