Rinse the orange under hot
water, then peel, and cut the
peel into very thin strips. Cut the
mint leaves into thin strips.

Place everything in the
vacuum-sealing bag with the
sugar, mix it up, and vacuum
seal. (See below for settings)

Leave for at least 24hours.

Pour the sugar out of the
vacuum-sealing bag onto a
plate, allow to dry a little, and
then briey mix.
