Coarsely peel the cucumber
so that a few strips of peel
remain on it. Now slice it very
thinly and place at in the
vacuum-sealing bag.

Mix the remaining ingredi-
ents to make a marinade.
Pour the marinade over
the cucumber slices in the
vacuum-sealing bag and vacuum
seal. (See below for settings)

Leave to marinate in the
refrigerator for 30minutes.

Remove from the
vacuum-sealing bag and
serve with sushi or spring rolls.

160g cucumber
1tbsp maple syrup
1tbsp sweet chili sauce
1tsp soy sauce
½tsp toasted sesame oil
¼tsp salt
