Permanent damage to the door seal.
Make sure that the sidebar does
not come into contact with the door
seal when the door is opened.
If the sidebar does touch the seal:
Realign the mounting plate using
the set screws until the mounting
plate and the sidebar are at the
correct angle and the sidebar no
longer touches the seal when the
door is opened.
Aligning the appliance doors
The appliance door can be aligned with
the appliance housing after it has been
fitted.
In the following illustration, the appli-
ance door is not shown in the closed
position to make it easier to see what
you have to do.
To align the appliance door, use the
outer slots in the lower hinge plate:
Remove the middle screw from the
hinge plate.
Slightly loosen both outer screws.
Align the appliance door by sliding
the hinge plate to the left or right.
Then tighten the screws again. The
screw does not need to be refitted.
