Options
You can select and deselect the options

ng the appropriate buttons and the
display.
 Open
the door.
 Switch the dishwasher on with the 
butt
on.
The indicator light next to the pro‐
gr
amme selected will come on.
 Selec
t a programme.
 P
ress the button for the option you
want.
The indicator light will come for the rel‐
evant butt
on will come on if the option
is available for the programme selected.
If the option is not compatible with the
pr
ogramme selected, a message to this
effect will appear in the display.
 In this instance, confirm the message
with OK.
 S
tart the programme by closing the
door.
The option selected will remain active
for that par
ticular programme until the
setting is changed.
Short
The Short
option reduces the duration
of programmes in which this option is
available by up to 30%.
In order to achieve optimum cleaning
r
esults energy consumption may in‐
crease slightly with this option.
When used in combination with the
"Quick wash" p
rogramme, the
Short
option r
esults in a wash programme
without drying or automatic opening of
the door (if available).
Energy save
The Energy save option reduces the en‐
ergy consumption of programmes in
which this option is available by up to
20%.
In order to achieve optimum cleaning
r
esults the programme duration is ex‐
tended with this option.
Intensive lower basket
The Intensive lower basket optio
n inten‐
sifies cleaning performance in the lower
basket in programmes in which this op‐
tion is available.
Energy and water consumption are in‐
cr
eased slightly due to the extended
wash duration in the lower basket.
Extra dry
The Extra dry op
tion improves the dry‐
ing performance in programmes in
which this option is available.
Energy consumption is increased due
t
o an extended fan running time and an
increased final rinse temperature.
