This Miele machine is a commercial
dishwasher with a tank system, short
batch times and large cleaning
capacity for washing crockery and
cutlery in restaurants, hotels and other
commercial catering establishments.
The dishwasher is available in four
versions:
–
G 8066 with built-in rinsing agent
pump. It can also be fitted with an
optional external DOS Module G 60
liquid cleaning agent dispensing
system.
–
G 8066 WES has the same features
as the G 8066 and also a built-in wa-
ter softener.
– G 8066 DOS with two built-in
dispensing pumps for cleaning agent
and rinsing agent and one container
for these agents integrated into the
machine behind the service panel. A
funnel is supplied with the dish-
washer to help fill the container.

G 8066 WES DOS has the same
features as the G 8066 DOS and also
a built-in water softener.
G 8066 and G 8066 DOS:
Where the water hardness level is
ü 0.7 mmol/l (4 °d - German scale) an
external water softener unit, e.g. the
G 7897 Aqua-soft system will need to
be fitted.
G 8066 WES and G 8066 WES DOS:
Where the water hardness level is
ü 5.4 mmol/l (30 °d) an external water
softener unit, e.g. the G 7897 Aqua-soft
system will need to be fitted.
G 8066 DOS and G 8066 WES DOS:
A conversion kit is available for
connecting an external cleaning agent
container to the built-in cleaning agent
dispensing pump.
A Miele service technician can combine
the built-in cleaning agent tank with the
built-in rinsing agent dispensing pump
when fitting the conversion kit.
If this is done, the dishwasher cannot
be connected to a DOS G 60
dispensing system.
