(57) Abstract :
A neural processor for real time monitoring of processors and computer processing systems includes multiple neural processing
elements. Each neural processing element of the multiple neural processing elements includes one or more dendritic elements, one or
more axon elements and multiple synaptic elements. Each synaptic element is configured for producing a synaptic output signal in
response to one or more input signals from one or more neural processing elements and /or one or more synaptic output signals of
other synaptic elements of the multiple synaptic elements.
