Use the rack and universal tray.

Sear the meat on the hob first.

Pre-heat the oven before putting food inside.

Pre-heat the oven at 120°C for 15minutes. Reduce the temperature when you place the food
in the oven.

Pre-heat the oven for 5minutes before putting food inside.

Roast with the lid on first. Then remove the lid after roasting for 90minutes and add
approx.0.5litres of liquid.

Roast with the lid on first. Then remove the lid after roasting for 100minutes and add
approx.0.5litres of liquid.

Place the rack on shelf level4 and the universal tray on shelf level1. Turn the food halfway
through cooking.
