Grilling with the rotisserie
The rotisserie can be used with the
Large rotisserie and Small
rotisserie functions.
The rotisserie can hold a maximum of
5kg.
Push the rotisserie holders into the
sides of the universal tray until they
click into position.
Fix the food centrally on the roasting
spit with the clamps.
Feed the tip of the roasting spit into
(1) as illustrated and place the other
end onto the holder (2).
Push the rotisserie into the oven on
shelf level1.
The rotisserie will automatically fit into
the grill motor slot on the back wall of
the oven.
Close the door.
Select Rotisserie and then one of
the rotisserie functions.
Confirm the message with OK.
Change the recommended
temperature if necessary.
Confirm with OK.
The grill motor will switch on. The food
will be grilled evenly on all sides as it
rotates.
After the cooking programme, select
Finish.
Risk of injury caused by hot
surfaces.
The oven gets hot during operation.
You could burn yourself on the
heater elements, the oven
compartment or the rotisserie.
Use oven gloves when removing the
food from the oven.
Take the food out of the oven.
Switch the oven off.
