Sirloin joint / Fillet of beef
Serves approx. 6
1 kg joint of beef fillet
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp grainy mustard
75 g butter
Method:
1. Season the meat with salt and
pepper and spread the mustard over.
Dot with butter and place in a roasting
dish. Pre-heat the oven and open roast.
Turn after 10–15 minutes.
2. After roasting, wrap in foil and leave
to stand for about 10 minutes. Carve
and serve.
