Changing the door hinges
The appliance is supplied with right-
hand hinging. If left-hand hinging is re-
quired, the hinges must be changed.
Risk of injury and damage when
changing the door hinging.
There is an increased risk of injury
and damage if the refrigeration appli-
ance is installed by a single person.
Always change the door hinging with
the assistance of another person.
If the door seal is damaged or has
come out of the groove, the door will
not close properly and this will affect
cooling. Condensation will form in
the inside and this can cause a build-
up of ice.
Do not damage the door seal, and
make sure that it does not come out
of its groove.
Preparing to change the door hinging
To change the door hinging, you will
need the following tools:
Place a suitable cover on the floor in
front of the appliance to protect the
appliance doors and your floor from
damage while you are changing the
hinging.
