The correct temperature

Temperature display
In normal operation the temperature
display shows the required tempera-
ture.
Setting the temperature
If the appliance door is opened very of-
ten, or if large quantities of food are be-
ing stored in the appliance, or if the am-
bient temperature is high, it is advisable
to set the temperature between 37°F
(3°C) and 41°F (5°C).
The temperature can be adjusted from
35°F (2°C) to 49°F (9°C).
Press the button until the tempera-
ture you want is shown in the temper-
ature display.
The first time you press the button the
last temperature set will flash in the dis-
play.
The temperature value will change up
until the setting for 35°F (2°C) is
reached. It will then drop back to 49°F
(9°C).
After a short while the newly selected
temperature is set automatically and will
appear in the temperature display.
The temperature in the appliance will
now adjust slowly to the newly set tem-
perature.
