Setting the temperature in the
refrigerator and freezer
sections
The refrigerator and freezer sections
can be set independently of each other.
^
Touch the access button "p"soit
turns yellow.
^
Touch the sensor button for the
refrigerator or freezer section so it
turns yellow.
^ Use the X and Y buttons next to the
temperature display to set the
temperature warmer or colder.
Tap the X and Y sensor buttons to
raise/lower the temperature 1°, or hold
them down to move through the
temperature range more quickly.
The temperature display on the
control panel always shows the
desired temperature.
When you have adjusted the
temperature, wait for approx. 6 hours if
the appliance is not very full and for
approx. 24 hours if the appliance is full
before checking the temperature, as it
will take this long for the appliance to
reach the temperature. If, after this
time, the temperature is still too high or
too low, you will need to adjust it again.
Temperature range
The temperature can be selected within
the following ranges:
–
Refrigerator:
36°F to 46°F (2°C to 8°C)
A temperature of 37°F (4°C) in the
refrigerator section is recommended.
–
Freezer:
7°F to -11°F (-14°C to -24°C).
To freeze fresh food and store frozen
food for an extended period of time, a
temperature of 0°F (-18°C) is
suggested.
The room temperature and the
installation location can affect the time it
takes for the appliance to get to the
desired temperature. If the room
temperature is too high, it may not be
possible for the appliance to reach the
lowest temperature.
