Switching Sabbath mode on/off
Health risk caused by
decomposing food.
As any mains outage during Sabbath
mode is not indicated, the frozen
goods may thaw or defrost. This will
reduce the storage life of the food.
Check whether the frozen goods
have started to defrost. If they have,
check that the food is safe to use
and if it is, then use it as soon as
possible or cook it before freezing it
again.
The refrigeration appliance has a
Sabbath mode to support the
observance of religious customs.
The following functions are deactivated
with Sabbath mode:
- interior lighting when the door is
opened
- all acoustic and visual signals
- temperature display
- The SuperFreeze and DynaCool
functions (if previously selected)
The button for turning off Sabbath
mode can be selected.
The Sabbath mode function will switch
itself off automatically after approx.
120hours.
Ensure that the doors are properly
closed, as visual and audible alarms
are switched off.

Press the button for approx.
5seconds.
The symbol lights up and flashes
in the display.
Settings mode is now activated.
Press the button briefly to access
the Sabbath mode function.
will appear in the display.
Press the button briefly to confirm
the setting.
The display will go out and Sabbath
mode is switched on.

Press the button twice briefly to
switch the Sabbath mode function
off.
The symbol lights up and flashes
in the display.
Settings mode is now activated.
Sabbath mode is switched off.
Press the main On/Off button to
exit Settings mode.
