Symbol Meaning Function

 Safety lock Prevents the appliance being switched off,

the temperature being altered, Super cool

and Super freeze being switched on and

settings being altered by mistake.

 Ice cube maker For switching the ice cube maker on and

off; for setting the water volume; for rinsing

the ice cube maker; for setting the cleaning

position of the ice cube tray; flashes if there

is a fault with the ice cube maker

 Audible tones Choice of sensor tone and door and tem-

perature alarm tone

 Miele@home Only visible when a communication module

or communication stick is fitted and signed

on (see "Miele@home")

 Display brightness set-

tings

For adjusting the brightness of the display

 PerfectFresh Pro

For altering the temperature in the

PerfectFresh Pro zone

 Sabbath mode For switching Sabbath mode on and off

 Mains connection Confirms that the appliance is connected to

the electricity supply when it is not

switched on; flashes in the event of a

power cut

 Alarm Lights up when there is a door alarm;

flashes when there is a temperature alarm,

power cut or a fault

 Demo mode
