Please stick the extra data plate for
the appliance supplied with this
documentation in the space provided
in the “After sales service” section of
this booklet.
Remove any protective wrapping and
stickers.
Cleaning the hob for the first
time
Before using for the first time, clean
the hob with a damp cloth only and
then wipe dry.
Switching on the hob for the
first time
The metal components have a
protective coating. When the hob is
used for the first time, this causes a
smell and possibly also vapour.
The smell and any vapours given off do
not indicate a faulty connection or
appliance and they are not hazardous
to health.
