Preparing the appliance for
cleaning
Turn the appliance off.
The display goes out and the cooling
function is turned off.
Unplug the appliance or switch off
the breaker.
Take any food out of the appliance
and store it in a cool place.
Remove the door shelf/bottle shelf
from the door.
Remove the PerfectFresh zone draw-
ers and the lid (see “Adjusting the in-
terior fittings – PerfectFresh zone
drawers”).
Remove the glass plate from the di-
vider panel.
Take out all other removable parts for
cleaning.

with lighting
The stainless steel trim with LED
lighting and stainless steel trims on
the shelves are not suitable for dish-
washers!
The stainless steel trim with LED
lighting must not be placed in water
for cleaning!
Proceed as follows to remove the stain-
less steel trim with LED lighting or the
stainless steel trim and rear protective
strip:
Place the shelf on a soft surface (e.g.,
a dish towel) with the top side facing
downward.

Warning! Ensure that you always
loosen the side on which the con-
tacts (metal discs) for the LED light-
ing are not located first.
