Your appliance has been fitted with a
warning system which ensures that the
temperature cannot rise or fall unno
-
ticed and impair the wine. The alarm
system is always active. It does not
need to be activated separately.
Temperature alarm
An alarm will sound if the temperature
in the appliance rises approx. 4 °C
above or falls approx. 4 °C below the
set temperature. The temperature dis
-
play will flash at the same time.
The alarm will sound and the tempera
-
ture display will flash:
– when you switch the appliance on
and for as long as the temperature
differs as described above from the
temperature set.
– when there has been a lengthy inter-
ruption to the power supply.
Door alarm
The alarm will sound if the door is left
open for longer than 3 minutes.
Switching the alarm tone off
early
Once the set temperature has been
reached in the appliance the alarm tone
stops and the temperature is displayed
constantly. However, if the noise dis
-
turbs you, you can switch the alarm
tone off before this if you wish.
^ Press the alarm button.
The alarm stops. The temperature
display continues to flash, until the
door has been shut again or the set
temperature has been reached. It
then lights up constantly and the
alarm system will be fully active once
more.
