Before installation
Before installation, remove any ac-
cessories from the outside of the ap-
pliance.
Risk of damage due to insuffi-
cient ventilation.
If the wine storage unit is not suffi-
ciently ventilated, this may cause
bacteria to form and, in the long
term, lead to damage to the outside
of the wine storage unit and in the in-
stallation niche.
Do not remove the spacers from the
outside of the appliance under any
circumstances.
Do not compress the spacers under
any circumstances.
The spacers guarantee the neces-
sary distance between the wine stor-
age unit and the installation niche.
Check the wine storage unit for dam-
age during transportation.
Do not install the wine storage unit if
it is damaged.
Check that all parts at the back of the
appliance are unhindered.
To protect the floor during installation,
secure an off-cut of flooring or similar
material to the floor in front of the in-
stallation area.
Do not remove the installation aids
from the appliance door. These will
be required later for aligning the ap-
pliance in the installation niche.
Risk of damage and injury from
the wine storage unit tipping over.
As soon as you unscrew the brack-
ets that fix the wine storage unit to
the pallet, the appliance is no longer
secured.
Due to its weight and size, the wine
storage unit must be installed by
two people.
