The sommelier set can be used to have
your wine ready for drinking. You can
store wine glasses and accessories in
the appliance, decant your wine, and
store open bottles in the appliance.
Setting up the sommelier set
The glasses holder and the bottle
holder can be placed in the appliance.
The wooden shelf above has to be
removed:

Pull the wooden shelf out as far as it
will go.

Release the wooden shelf at the
back, lifting the shelf on the left and
right at the same time.
^
Lift the wooden shelf forwards to
remove it.
Covering the runners
^
Place the two covers supplied a
over the runners which are now
visible with the thicker side of the
cover pointing forwards.
Glass holder
This can be used for storing and
chilling wine glasses.
To fit the glasses holder b

Remove the necessary number of
slats and place the glasses holder b
on the wooden shelf.
Below the glass holder there are 2
compartments that can hold
accessories, such as corkscrews, foil
cutters or chalk.
